New Years Resolution We Should Stick Too

▪️ Be kind to yourself.

▪️ Stop being so hard on yourself.

▪️ Get rid of all the one sided friendships. Friendships are meant to be 50/50. You don’t need people like that in your life.

▪️ Do something nice for you & only you once a week.

▪️ Listen to yourself. If you don’t want to do something then don’t do it. Your gut instinct is usually 100% right

▪️ Get enough sleep & rest.

▪️ Get the help you need. Find a therapist or doctor so you can start getting the help you desperately need.

▪️ Don’t worry about what other people think. They wouldn’t last an hour with what we go through.

▪️ If you’re run down then take some time out & let yourself recover. Don’t burn the candle at both ends.

▪️ Last but certainly not least
Look after number one, YOU!
